an adequate stay at city center

helpful staff convenient location limited breakfast noisy environment

the location prove to be very convenient. i find THE staff were friendly and helpful with directions to nearby attractions. the room was clean and spacious.

the hotel was noisy, with sounds of street activity late into the night. also, the breakfast selection felt limited. i think, the walls need to be cleaned very well.

i found the staff attentive to my needs.. ella provided really good support with various requests. the room was clean, and fresh towels looked daily. the hotel's central location near the market and lake proved convenient.

mold issue loud party

The location was acceptable.

My vacation suffered a bit because the comfort wasn't there. There was mold visible in the bathroom and a smell like pee came when the AC switched off. The small room sat right in the bar area, so guests from the bars spilled onto the street. They partied loudly till 2 a.m.

limited buffet hard bed

The included breakfast was not good. Only one dish was allowed from a list. they encouraged guests to use the buffet but it only had two pieces of fruit and some biscuits. i dropped water in the room, and cleaning it with paper showed the floor was very dirty! long hairs were in the bathroom. The cleaner missed some spots. the bed was too hard. It was pretty annoying.

free breakfast halong bay tour many attractions

The staff helped me book a tour to Halong Bay. They also provided free breakfast before the tour. The hotel is close to many attractions. These include beer street, the night market, and the water theater.

The gym equipment was limited.
