I had a pleasant stay at Hanoi Center Silk Hotel & Travel during my trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided a professional service, which I truly appreciated. The location is fantastic for exploring the old city, but it can get a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars. While the decor felt a little dated and could use a refresh, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially with a comfortable room and a great breakfast selection.
